We want to ensure that our customers are confident that by choosing us they have chosen the right builder. To that end we have produced an easy to understand contract giving the customer the assurance and protection they need that the job is carried out professionally in a fair and equitable way. Although every job and contract is different by clicking here you can view a sample of our basic contract.
Price Promise Offer:
HMH will guarantee to beat any like for like quotation subject to the following:
1. Both tenders should be on exactly the same basis with the same specification and any general allowances or PC sums must be equal.
2. The offer will not apply where it is evident that the other parties tender is set at a loss making situation or there are obvious free elements within the tender.
3. Tenders are compared net of VAT.
4. The price promise will not apply where the customer has split the competitors tender between several parties or employs trades included in our tender directly at the discretion of HMH Contracting Ltd
5. The price promise is a genuine honest offer. If HMH Contracting believe that there is any attempt to mislead or a “behind the scenes arrangement” has been made then HMH may at it’s discretion withdraw the offer.
